Kirk Fernandez

Chairman & CEO
Owner of 5 separate companies all headquartered in the United States. As an Entrepreneur, he is enthusiastic about introducing revolutionary products to all Industries. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

James Ha

Vice President & COO
James brings over 12 years of senior management experience in high-growth, customer-centric companies. Before joining eCivis, James held senior positions with Ziff Davis Media, Softbank Interactive and Milgard. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completing his MBA from the University of Massachusetts. James also participated in Masco's Leadership Program in Operations Management at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University and received his Six Sigma Black belt certification from Villanova University.

Sami Hoda

Director of Product Management
Sami brings 15 years of technology savvy in various capacities in the public and private sector. Sami Hoda oversees and manages eCivis' Product Management, Software Engineering and Information Technology departments. He is an author, blogger, open-source contributor, a member of the International Association of Software Architects, and one of few handful of Adobe Community Experts in the world. Sami holds two Bachelors of Science degrees in Business Administration; the first with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems; the second with an emphasis on Management & Human Resources, concentrating in Organizational Behavior.

Sergio Del Olmo

Director of Sales & Service
Sergio has held senior management positions in Sales and Services over the past 15 years. He is passionate about creating value for clients through innovation and the delivery of world-class service. Sergio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
